I bought 2 LG Smart TV's (47") from them on one of their specials. Firstly it took a while for delivery, but for the cost it was worth the wait. the one TV is working perfectly, the 2nd one doesn't work anymore.
I have contacted customer services, they contacted back - but contact has now stalled. No replies, nothing for about a month. The telephone numbers don't work, I've tried Facebook contact too. They have gone silent... I think they are waiting for my warranty to be out of date.
Anyone have any advice on how to get in touch with a consumer group to investigate them? They should be shut down based on internet searches...

My apologies for the delay in answering your review. There is no reason for our customer service to refuse you a return of a faulty item. All we request is that you provide the serial number and then a return coupon is issued along with a free collection label. There is absolutely no way that our staff are waiting for your warranty to run out. As soon as you reported the problem a record would have been created, so if it was reported within the warranty we will look after the problem, even if the warranty runs out between the time of reporting and the time of return. Please send me your order number to us and I will look into the matter and issue the appropriate return documents.
