Would give 0 star if possible. Really poor customer service. They don't process refund requst for product purchased from third party seller. long customer response time, not helpful either. Much better to shop on Amazon.

Good afternoon,

Pixmania do process refunds for third party sellers but only after receiving confirmation from the seller that the order has been cancelled or returned. If Pixmania does not have this confirmation it leaves it open for a customer to receive their product from the seller and also receive a refund from Pixmania simultaneously. Once the confirmation is received a refund is issued immediately.
If your order has been cancelled or returned and you have not received your refund, please contact me directly and I will resolve the matter for you. I apologise for any inconvenience.
