Ordered a HP printer received a Samsung TV monitor. What a mess the warehouse operations must be in. Returned it awaiting next steps. in the meantime nearly 10 days has passed.

My order number is CCL1502111267. I returned the TV monitor on Monday. I also phoned Customer Services on Weds but they could not tell me the date I will receive the HP printer. Also there is nothing on your web site to tell me when it will be delivered. Given this is your mistake in sending me the wrong product there appears to be no movement at your end to rectify this issue or to keep me informed what is happening. I have some urgent business documents to print but is it now 10 days since I sent the order. Hence you can appreciate why your service is so awful.
