Cannot review the product as I never received it!!
Ordered it as a birthday present for my daughter. Product wasn't delivered within the timescales given, even though I paid to upgrade the shipping. Chased and chased Customer Service but was informed a replacement or refund couldn't be shipped until Bpost carried out an investigation, which would take 5 days.
Contacted Customer Service again after 5 days and they took another 5 days to reply giving me the option of a refund or replacement item. Asked for a replacement item to shipped for next delivery. Received an email an hour later saying they had received my returned item as I had refused delivery!! Then received another email saying they were refunding my credit card!!
Called Customer Service again and was told that as the item had been received back a refund is automatically raised and they wouldn't now be able to send a replacement. Asked to speak to a Supervisor etc but got absolutely nowhere. All I wanted was a replacement item shipping out on a next day delivery as my daughter was still waiting for her birthday but was told by the operator this could take up to another 24 hours as he had to use Pixmania's internal systems to get authorisation for this.
The level of service provided by Pixmania has been absolutely disgusting and I will never purchase anything from them ever again, meanwhile my daughter is still without her birthday present 19 days after her birthday!!
