Very fast delivery.
Product was absolutely as expected and described.

The ordering process was fairly straightforward compared to other online retailers.

I also think that it speaks highly of a company when they email you after purchase in order to probe for comments.

I think what I like the most is that I clicked a button, paid and it arrived.
There was no clarting about with delivery companies or chasing after customer service.
