I ordered a LED monitor for my business 10 days before opening...... 31 days after ordering item it still has not appeared. 7 times i have phoned and about a million emails being passed from diffent person each time.
I have asked for my money back and all i get is that person isnt authorised to refund has to go to head office.

If anyone has to buy an electrical goods dont go for the cheap option go for the one with a good reputation, its better to spend a few quid more and get the product !!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE PIXMANIA - they are crooks.............
