I ordered a camera and a week later no progress update, no further emails and unable to contact them on phone or email. As I had paid through paypal I reqested they give me a refund after figuring out that waiting for the goods was going to be far too much hassle, unlike the rest of the so called MyDigitalLand customer service they actually refunded me straight away without saying anything not even a sorry. I wouldn't like to be in the possition where I didn't have paypal to back me up.
