I am having a terrible experience with the online shop and their customer service. I expected the delivery time to be 3-7 days after confirmation that it has been shipped. I ordered 2-3 weeks ago and still have not received an email that it has been shipped (nor do I think it has shipped). I sent an email to customer service and help, and got an automated message that they will reply me within one business day. I still have not gotten a response yet. I really wanted to like Lomography, but so far I've only been disappointed and frustrated.

Hello Simon I am also experiencing the same problem. I ordered a package two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I also sent an email and never got a reply. It would be great if I could get ahold of you and get some information because at the moment I'm just very frustrated with this system.
