It's pretty simple. I ordered a £20 camera mount on 1st June 2012 (it's now 25th September). It was in stock according to the website. I was hopeful for an early delivery.

It was dispatched around three weeks later but never received, the tracking shows that it was lost by yodel.

Having called twice and been told someone would chase the courier I got fed up and on 9th July cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

I have still not received the refund despite a huge amount of chasing and pestering. I've even pointed out that they are in clear breach of the distance selling regulations. Still no refund. It's only £20 but I'll pursue them until I get it. Jessops' customer service people are absolutely awful. Rude, surly and jobsworthy. They just don't care. One can only hope they go under (again) but only after they've given me my money back.

The moral of the story: For heaven's sake everyone, don't buy anything from Jessops!
