No hesitation in recommending

Having read some of the reviews here I have to wonder if we are really talking about the same company. Over the past while I have bought a few items from Ffordes most fairly modern but some bordering on the ancient in photographic terms. Descriptions on their website for these varying from Mint- down to just a plain exe. I can honestly say that I have not been disappointed with any of the purchases. As far as descriptions go you have to accept when buying used gear that some marks and signs of use will be present but in most cases I have found their description has been what I would consider as being conservative and when the item arrives it has actually turned out to be better than I expected. I cant comment on others views and experiences other than to say if you want and expect as new buy new.
As to customer service, via web site mail order I have always received goods next working day at the latest, and whenever I have spoken to staff on the phone to check something before ordering have always found they are more than helpful.
