Was quoted via email for the lowest price on my camera for part trade. price was ok so travelled 240miles back and forth. On arrival I spoke to one sales assistant who gave me a quote which was way underneath what I was expecting. This man was extremely unhelpful and to be honest had no idea what was going on. I asked to speak to someone else (younger guy) which was a completely different story, he corrected the quote instantly and talked me through the new camera I was purchasing. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
