I've been ordering on foto.com already for years and was always pleased by their quality and customer service. Especially last time when the company was currently busy moving and production slowed down a bit. I needed my photo album for a special occasion and i was running out in time...i needed this album urgently ! I wrote several requests on the helpdesk of foto.com and i must say i was so pleased to see how they have interest in every customer although i know they have X amount of orders a week. In the end i had the album on time! Well done foto.com on ur customer service! My next order is on the way!!
