Excellent product replacement service

I purchased a Panasonic G series f2.8 macro lens which arrived promptly and well wrapped, to go with my GF1. The pictures from this lens were excellent but, some time later, the lens stopped working so I returned this to Clifton Cameras who arranged for this to be investigated. The fault could not be repaired so I asked for a credit note to be used for some other equipment (macro shots of rain-drops-on-leaves-blowing-in-the-wind left me with a bit of a head-ache!). Clifton were excellent at accommodating my request and I've now ended up with a new Fuji XF1 (Good compact and the custom case is very smart (in tan) but still can't decide if the lens isn't still a bit too fiddly for a 'normal' person) and Fuji F800's for my kids - which are well built and they are having a lot of fun with. Despite the saga, I've had great service throughout and Clifton Cameras offer excellent value for money.
