A camera I had set up a pre-order for, many weeks ago with another company, I noticed for sale at Clifton cameras and it was £50 cheaper on a value of £449. I checked with the other company and they were not able to give me any information about when the camera would be available.
I then confirmed on the phone with a very helpful member of the sales team, at Clifton Cameras that they could supply the camera, they put one buy with my name on it while I made a secure order through the internet. I then cancelled my pre-order with the other company.
Most courier companies cannot find our address so I asked Clifton Cameras if the would send it by Royal Mail, this they did, and I received it next day.
So, not only did I save £50 and have the camera before other companies had stock, but received excellent, polite and helpful service.
