Just to say I called in last Saturday to buy a tripod and head. The staff were extremely helpful, they knew what they were talking about (which helped me) and as a result I walked away a very happy customer.
It's always good to go instore with any retail outlet if you can, if you really want to see how they are rather than judging by online experiences (which I am sure are also excellent )
