“I couldn't ask for more!”

Clifton Cameras has been hassle free from the word go. My goods arrived next day special delivery, and i highly appreciated the excellent packaging to protect my order. It was very well presented also. A confirmation email was sent, and stressing a further one would be sent between 16:30 and 17:30pm with tracking details. This email came through following despatch as promised. Clifton Cameras has also great customer service that answered my question, quickly and efficiently. My experience as a first time customer has been very rewarding from a professional company. I returned the following day, to order an additional battery for my Nikon. A special thankyou goes out to Clifton Cameras, for a easy and pleasant transaction.

Very different experience to the one that I have just had. Products paid for on Monday - they have not even replied to my emails.

Eventually had to call - only to find that 4 days later nothing has been done because boss is on holiday and nobody else coud check paypal payment - nor it would appear, reply to an email.

I had explained that I must have these items before this weekend - which all seemed no problem until I paid for them.

Would not touch this company again with a barge pole.
