Very polite and friendly staff who took my calls, customer service amazing and knew who I was as soon as I said my name. Delivery was a nightmare through no fault of them but Managing director phoned personally giving me his personal mobile and got a new Item delivery the next day by the company themselves. A follow up call was made by them wishing my son a happy birthday. Would recommend this company to anyone and wish more companies showed this most care towards their customers.
