Incredibly quick service and a very good price. The Panasonic FZ72 I ordered on a Sunday afternoon arrived on Tuesday before 12am!

My only concern was with the packaging, which was a single layer of flimsy corrugated paper and lots of parcel tape, with the whole "parcel" being inside a plastic courier bag. The corner of the camera box inside all of this had been crushed slightly, but fortunately there was no damage to the camera or other components inside. Considering the value of the contents a stronger outer box would have been a much better option, hence only 4 stars. Otherwise, no complaints, and would definitely use Buyacamera again.
