Bought a Fuji HS30 at a very good price from them, had a card read error on it and suspected that the new Fuji 16G card was faulty. The card was replaced by the supplier (Zoombits) very quickly but the fault persisted.
Buya Camera then replaced HS30 but again the fault was there!
I then took it down the road to Fuji UK who tested it and found the card was faulty, one of a small batch which had the same problem apparently.
All is now sorted and thank you to Fuji's excellent customer service and of course the Buyacamera team who's main concern was to ensure customer satisfaction. Would I buy from them again? Damn right I would!
