Ordered 2 computers, incorrect ones delivered, they insisted on collecting first before ordering replacements, replacements took 2 weeks to arrive and when they did one of them was one of the items I had already returned! They were slow to respond to emails or ignored them altogether, unable to contact by telephone. Very very frustrating, 3 weeks after ordering I still do not have my items and they don't seem to care. False economy ordering from theis company.
