Customer service is absolutely deplorable, they simply would not accept that there items listing description was both incorrect and contravened trading standards. This being due to 7Dayshop, does-not supply all items associated with your purchase. In my case I purchased a set of Bluetooth headphones c/w driver software. The driver software was not supplied, therefore the headphones do not work. Furthermore they would not accept liability even though the sales page and description clearly stated that the driver software was included. As the Bluetooth headphones were 7Dayshop’ own brand a manufactures software supplier could not be located, nor was any assistance was provided whatsoever. THEREFORE BEWARE WITH 7DAYSHOP OWN BRAND ITEMS AS THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTED WHATSOEVER.

Thank you very much for your feedback on this matter, we appreciate this.
In reply to your query (and as we have previously stated numerous times), this is an issue with the Win7 64bit operating system. The headset does not need drivers, it is your operating system that does. We do not have a driver for this (as it is not needed) and we only have the manual. This is in the additional tab as a downloadable Document and not a Driver.
If you are having persisting difficulties getting drivers from Microsoft, we suggest using an external Bluetooth Dongle which, once again, we have suggested in the email correspondence as well.
You have been provided with all the correct and necessary information in this matter and I cannot see any issues in terms of the service you have received.
Once again, the headset does not require a driver.
