Still waiting for the book I ordered and it's past the date eCampus.com promised. Horrible customer service, no way to escalate complaint or speak with a supervisor. Was told if I wanted to speak with a supervisor, a report needed to be prepared, and that supervisor had until the end of next day to respond. BUY YOUR BOOKS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
