I regularly order from The Book People because of their excellent prices and free delivery on orders over £25.I never had cause to contact their customer service department until today following the delivery of a book obviously damaged in transit. They apologised, immediately sent out another copy and arranged for collection of the damaged book, all done in a cheerful efficient manner by the gentlemen at the other end of phone. I wish more customer service departments could handle customers problems in this manner. Well done The Book People!
