Ordered 4 books on 09/07/12 got e-mail that they had been dispatched on 18/07 NINE DAYS AFTER ORDERING. According to `customer services` It was displayed on the web site that there was a 9=10 day wait for dispatch. WHERE? Then was informed when I phoned up that it would take another 5-6 days to deliver,and I am paying a delivery charge for this service!!Apparently they don`t deliver at week-ends. Even the post office does better than that. The books may be a good price but service is stuck in the dark ages.They need to update their web site and put a warning first about the two weeks that it takes to select,pack and then post an order.Then you can first make your mind up if you can wait that long
