This was my first time to buy book on the Book Depository. Firstly, I was glad to have their prompt reply to my query. I had two queries sent out seperately and their customer service team responded each query in one day time which was such fast that's out of my expectation!

Secondly, I placed another order with a local online book shop on the same order day with the Book Depository. The local book shop needed to arrange the book from Taiwan. However, two books ordered from two book shops arrived on my hands in the same day. I think the logistics of Book Depository is really reliable and efficient!
