The book depository provide great prices as well as efficient customer service. Books are delivered in a reasonable time frame. If there is anything wrong with your book or order, their customer service staff do their utmost best to rectify any problems. Shop here with utmost confidence - it's truly a pleasurable shopping experience. I have never had an issue with any of my orders, and there have been many! Any queries placed via email are always answered and customer satisfaction seems to be a high priority for all staff. Also, if a book is not available, you have the option of being notified when it is back in stock by a simple click of a button.
I particularly enjoy their periodic 24hours sales which feature one book per hour, for 24 hours, which is heavily marked down and only 500 copies available. I get a kick out of watching the counter reduce to zero, and in most cases, this occurs within minutes.
