“Book never received”

Ordered a book 3 weeks ago. After waiting a week the book had still not been dispatched. Contacted them and was advised that it had now been dispatched, and to wait until 15th for it to arrive. Still not here, so cancelled order. I am happy that they responded to my emails very quickly, but very impersonal and blunt. Refund went through on the same day as requested. First and last time I will use this site. :(
