The service was very good, all the way to getting the product in hand.

The website I found a bit confusing, as a 10% discount was being offered apparently to all, but with a catch (which caught me out. you were good enough to refund me later). Maybe your products are so competitively priced that some people are not too fussed about the additional discount!

Hoping you will keep your site as streamlined as possible.

I was quite unaware that such a good service as yours is available. Hope you can diversify into educational toys etc!
