I took a 6-week course. I ordered my rental book before the start of classes. After several e-mails, my book finally arrived during the 5th week of classes. I returned the book after their customer service assured me I would receive a full refund. I have not received a return e-mail nor my refund since notifying them I returned the book. I wish I had known what this company was before I attempted to rent from them.
I am looking for anyone who has had a similar experience with Textbook Head. I intend to contact an attorney but I need to have more people willing to stand up to this company. Feel free to e-mail me Thank you for your help in advance.
