It took 6 business days to get the book, but considering the low price charged for shipping I think that should be taken in stride. The customer service never replied to my status inquiry. Simple waste of time and possibly money. I am trying to cancel the order. Finding Printsasia.com after returning from India and Nepal last April has been a pleasant surprise! "Worst experience ever! I first found this site and was excited because of their lower prices - however, if it seems too good to be true then it is. I placed my order with them, and as I wanted to send the book as a gift, I had a different shipping and billing address. I appreciate the excellent service that I received from Printsasia.com. My original order was perhaps delievered to a wrong address. It is unfortunate that some neighbors do not return a package that is not theirs. Nevertheless, I contacted Printasia.com concerning the fact that I never received the book. And although they received a delivery confirmation that the package was delievered, I was shipped another book. I really appreciate your service, and you are my first choice in looking for books that I need.
