This is fake company which actually ship each and every order from India and pretends to be set up in London.they have stores on amazon.uk by the name south west, shin wood, Jan books you can same address for each stores.

Finally, I got my kylie book on the 21st December after ordering on the 3rd December, I have to say I'm not happy with the condition as I was told it was BRAND NEW not USED and did not have the gold cover, it was plain black and the silver pages at the start and end are dirty. If I was told to start with that the book was used and didn't contain the gold cover I'd have been ok with it and accepted it, but paying £25.41 for a used book when I was told it was brand new is unacceptable! Never again will I use this company again,

After looking up reviews for printsasia, i decided to take a chance on them. I found the book i wanted and before ordering spoke to their online chat help. I asked if the book was definitely in stock, he checked and confirmed it was available for immediate delivery. 2 Weeks after ordering, and countless badgering from my end i finally got another person to talk to. They informed me that the book was NOT in stock. I asked for an ETA only to hear that it could be ANYTIME! days, months, years? Who knows. I asked for a refund which was REFUSED!

Simply avoid at all costs. I have now cancelled the card i used for the transaction as i quite honestly do not trust them with my card details. You'll regret it if you do what i did and try save £2-3 on a book. It's just not worth it. BEWARE!

I ordered a book from Printsasia on 9th May, the website stated it will be shipped from New York. Its 17th today and still chasing them for the status of my order. Surprisingly, i live in NJ and i can walk to NY in an hour. Today when i asked them abt the order

1. They cannot give me a status

2. They are complaining abt technical dificulties to trace the order

3. They don't have an escaltion/ complaint process

This is first and last time that I am going to order something from them....

book was very late, but printsasia customer support gave me a very good discount because of this. Very nice!

Couldn't ask for better or more prompt delivery. Book was as advertised - in excellent condition.

Unlike other ecommerce store, printsasia.co.uk is a clean website which is not flooded with sales and marketing pitch. This store has a wonderful collection of books that are reasonably priced.
