“wont pay winnings ”

I am having a problem with sun bingo paying winnings .they keep emailing me saying 2 to 3 working days i withdraw 2 weeks ago .i got a email to say withdrawal had failed .phoned them and was told it hadn't failed but 5 phone calls later and still no money . 400 pound .got appointment at lawyer today and looking into small claims court they are very good at taking your money not very good at giving it back .
