ridiculously complicated bonus system with no chance of ever gaining it, closed account over customer services, lady didnt think it relevant to tell me that closing an account would not return the sitting balance to my bank. I guess she didnt tell me this as it is an 0800 number you must call, as she knew I would waste more money on their site calling to get MY money returned into my bank. Upon asking for a possible refund on my wasted mobile bill they simply state they offer a free landline service, great for those with a landline... Not for me living as a tennant, in shared housing without the possibility of a landlilne.
