i have been with this site for 2 years and play reguarly. recently they have taken money out of my balance every so often and others have had the same problem.the other day i was playing a game and it went from 3tg 2tg 1tg 0tg and called the number i was waiting for 43, however it carried on playing and i didnt get my £81. when i spoke to customer services they accused me of lying first of all saying its a known error then tried changing it. i had the game number and all the details yet they done nothing and blamed it on my comp sayin it flashes up with 0tg. when i wrote in the room what happened others have experienced it too.i dont usually complain but i will NOT be using this site again and just want to warn others
