Joined and played for a few days then account frozen and told to contact customer service. I was informed security issue and must send a copy of passport or bank statement. For security reasons I did not wish to send either and asked to close my account and for a refund of my deposited funds they refused to refund. So have kept my money.

just had same problem with take a break...seems all these bingo sites are getting to be quite a rip off..steer clear of them and go to your local bingo hall..at least you can keep eye on your money..and see who actually wins
