WORST SERVICE EVER

Joined Gala Bingo on Thursday, deposit went through straight away. I won £50 but seems impossible for me to get my winnings. The withdrawal sat in their "Pending" queue for 2 days. I was also sent an email asking for various identification documents. I sent a copy of my passport and an official Government income tax letter, showing my address. They refuse to accept this and are asking me to send a full bank statement. I am refusing to do this as I deposit with Pay Pal, which is meant to protect me from disclosing my bank/card information to third parties.

The Live Help facility is an utter disgrace, nobody responds. I mentioned that I was unhappy about this in the chat facility in one of the bingo rooms - then surprise surprise, I was immediately connected to an operator, who was very uppity and not much help. He did confirm that my identification documents had been received, but said they were very busy. I sent numerous emails but they took ages to reply to me, and they were all from the same member of staff whom I had spoke to on the Live Help. This member of staff informed me that verification was carried out by a different department

Tried Live Help and telephoning numerous times, but nobody answered. Now, 3 days later I receive an email from a different staff member, stating the official Government letter does not comply to their Laws. I doubt I will ever get my winnings, and I am so stressed out and tired from all the emailing, phoning and trying the Live Help that I actually feel like screaming.

I know it is only £50, but I am going to continue fighting for it, I have logged an official complaint - but this was answered by the same person who had sent me previous emails. I will try the authorities now, and probably seek legal advice in the morning.
