I joined gala bingo mobile site deposited a few times played over some days and won £200 which I banked after a week I emailed them to see why my winnings hadnt been deposited to my bank and got one back stating my account had been locked as I hadn't provided enough information when I joined!! I emailed back reminding them that they had enough info to take money from me but when I want my winnings they won't provide them I have tried on several occasions to phone the help line number with no success sent several more emails with no reply I would avoid this site like the plague!!!

I've deposited £142 in total and after winning eventually i was told there had been a mistake and was given £10 bingo bonus instead. I've since won 2 more times making £70 to withdraw and now they're telling me they need more info and my account is blocked. Not bad to say i joined through a gala bingo hall and have spent over 2 hours on the phone and waited over a month without payment still. Do not use this site
