This website Gala Bingo is one big con!! I signed up because the welcome bonus looked amazing, deposit £10 and get £30 to play with. However I wasn't told anywhere that this deposit had to be spent on bingo, as I had already spent money on the slot games. I queried why I never had a bonus, 3 times with live live 24/7 help, when they finally answered I was told i needed to spend all £10 on bingo, so i couldn't get my bonus. However the next day I did have £15 credited on. But then my account got frozen, and i needed to send in documents, these are documents that I have never and don't receive, so have no way of doing this. The customer service gave me no help and said I could no longer get into my account, to use my bonus or my credited balance so I've lost out on nearly £30. I am outraged and will never go back there, stick to cheeky bingo!!
