“BONUS DEAL SCAM”

Written on: 24/11/2012 by suejzee (1 review written)

I initially thought that this was a great deal - deposit £20 and get 500% bonus....I played a few games and when my £20 cash deposit was used up I went on to the bonus...great I thought...still plenty of funds to play with. I played the slots and imagine how excited I was when it kept mounting up and showed £980 in my cash box! I decided that I would withdraw the majority of it as I didn't want to risk losing it all! When I tried to do this it wouldn't let me so I spoke to an online adviser. He/She advised me that as I still had £40 in my casino bonus box that this had to be used up before I could withdraw cash. I asked how I would do this. I was told that once the £40 multiplied by 30 (£1200) had been used up I could cash the difference. Now I'm no mathematician but something a bit wrong here! That meant that I had to effective spend £1200 to get my £40 bonus to a zero amount which meant that if I gambled the whole £980 winnings, I still would only have £10 and that would be in bonus money!!! I was so disappointed, angry, etc etc. but thought right then lets just go for it....and proceeded to spend the £980 - constantly checking back to watch the bonus amount drop to £30, £20, £10. By this time, thanks to my winning a lot again, my actual cash amount was hovering between £420 and £500. As soon as the bonus hit the zero mark I stopped gambling and saw that I had £460 cash. I tried to withdraw it - seems to have worked - except they say that because I just joined I have to wait 14 days to get my money. Was a good ending really coz I won but in reality I must have actually won around £1600 to get the £460 cash and was very very lucky....which effectively means that in reality 90% of the time, the bonus money isnt really 'real' money....phew...had to get that off my chest!

Looks like you are new to bingo :)

Every site that I play at has the same rules. Wagering does not mean losing money.

You can wager £1 and win £10. It means that you have wagered £1 and not lost £1.
Sounds like the site wanted you to Wager £1200 based on the money that you won with your free bonus which is standard for all the sites that I play on.
(I play on 3 main sites.)

Good luck with your £450. I can reccomend more sites if you want but warning: they will all have the same rules. :)

I have been on this site for a while now, but have never actually had enough to withdraw as reverse withdrawal so easy to do. However, last night I was discusted to learn that because I accepted a bonus of £31 I could not withdraw my winnings of £200 ( which is about the amount I had deposited that day! ) I was told that before I could withdraw any money I would have to wage £1125. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! IN EFFECT YOU HAVE TO LOSE £1, 096 BEFORE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR WINNINGS. MADNESS.
