I trusted Sell U Stuff with a large amount of my designer goods that i no longer needed, in order to raise some money for moving house. One of these items was a brand new (£900 RRP) exercise bike, that i ended up paying for them to collect as it was too big for me to transport myself. I was assured that as my items were all high end designer goods in excellent condition, that i would make the delivery cost money back easily. The website sold all my items for stupidly small amounts of money. Like between 20p-£2 for unworn items that cost £500+ new. (I had previously informed them of their worth in advance too, whihc is the most frustrating thing). I ended up with a £130 net LOSS. I complained lots and got nowhere. I am so upset and using this website is one of the biggest regrets i have.

Loved the items for sale and that they allowed collection which as a local means huge savings , kept to their very strict policies found the guy who took care of me uber professional , lots of staff going about their business . Pleased to see their feedback as looking forward to future business. So mortified to find they had banned me from bidding at their next auction and the next . Still no explanation received despite the fact I have asked if its a racial problem and they promised to get back to me Checked with ebay , no reason their end , and they apologised .

Stuffusell lists everything accurately with plenty of pictures! It is important to know what you are buying , and they have an auto-relisting system which reduces the price of a product if if it is relisted. Obviously there is a "floor", but with patience, some excellent bargains are there for the taking! Be aware that if you miss out once the "floor" is reached, they can ramp up the price and you could have a long wait- once the auction is over, they don't appear able to let you have it at the low price! If the new price is higher, you have to wait! They. Ship with DPD who turn up when they say they will which is helpful!

I really wanted a Willerby Smith Blazer like my dad gave me years ago, I had bought the 42 inch one but this was a little too short in the arm length so they said just return after I bought the 44 inch which fitted like a glove,, the post time was amazingly quick and arrived in plenty of time for a wedding I was attending..
