“Avoid like the plague if you're a seller”

We gave them numerous items to sell in February 2012. the last item was sold 1 year, yes, that's ONE year later!! Then they took another 3 months to pay us. They didn't respond to emails or telephone calls, and one of the last items to sell, a designer dress, went for pennies. Avoid at all costs. (read more)

“Terrible terrible- do not use to sell your stuff”

Stuff u sell collected a job lot of items from my house in August. It is now February and the items are only just all sold for an absolutely minimal value (eg carved antique small cupboard for under a fiver...). Worst of all, they somehow lost a large and valuable dining table and would only give a tiny bit of compensation. I had to contact them many many times to try to sort out this mess. I bought my jacket from Stuffusell as a Buy It Now option - actually I made an offer which was immediately accepted so I was really pleased with the price I paid for a really good quality leather jacket. The delivery was FREE which is always a nice touch and whilst the site indicated a delivery of 3-4 working day, it actually arrived 2 days later, really well packaged. My 'new' Kenneth cole shoes were £14 for a pair that probably retailed at about $200.I buy KC due quality. I buy by brand. Seller counts, too. My shoes are classic black suede pump designed to last a long time ( I know the brand well!) They were tight so I googled how to loosen them up and it worked !!! my amp came within two days of it being shipped, it was exactly as described and it was very well packaged in a big enough box, the amp was carefully wrapped up in bubble wrap and it was surrounded by little polystyrene worms.. the only slight frustration was that they had placed a sticker on the front facia, however i managed to remove it without any problems.. i would recomend this seller to anyone and i will be buying from them again.
