I like shopgoodwill.com because everything a got was well packaged so nothing could get broken. My last item came packaged well, almost over doing it a little. One of the Pyrex lids came with part of the lip broken off and missing. The broken off pieces could not be found with the wrapped up lid or in the box. The Appleton, WI Goodwill claimed it was broken in shipping, a claim would be filed and I would get a refund. That was two months and many emails ago and still no refund. I was told the check from UPS was lost in the mail. So I wait and continue to email Shop"Not So"Goodwill.com
