I was high bidder on a fur coat on the shopgoodwill site on July 12th, 2012. It did not show up in my shopgoodwill open items list but I did find the closed listing with me as the winning bidder. I got on the auction site the following day and it said it was performing maintenace and that any won auctions that day would show up in my goodwill shortly. After it not showing up for days I again went to look for it in closed listings. This time, I found the fur that I won with another bidder as the high bidder and emailed the goodwill in Florida immediately and said that I was the high bidder on that item and wondered what was going on. They emailed me back saying that they had shipped the fur that I won to another person and they were sorry and that their "Webmasters" had left a mess behind switching their auction site over. So, instead of relisting that item that I won (I won it at $181.00) they sold it to another buyer for $18.00. I am FURIOUS!! How the hell could hat have happened????? Bottom line is....THEY DON'T CARE!!! No sweat off their backs. They didn't even offer me a discount on my next purchase or anything, just blaming it on the next person.
