I had bought 9 items all the same day. I should have bought 1 and waited for the results. A seller xinxinby basically stole 135.00 $ of my money. I received a watch that was broken and was virtually worthless. They and PP insisted that intend it back in order to have any dispute settled. I did this and it cost me another 30.00 to send the watch back. I sent proof to the seller and paypal And was told by paypal thar they could not track the item so they are finding my dispute in favor of the dishonest seller!!! Ioffer just sent me an email to work it out myself. Now I have no 135.00 and no product.

  • Ioffer doesn't even deserve one star. Negative ten is more like it.

well alot of ebay places are the same way. you have to read they return policy
