My parcel was returned to me by Parcelforce because there was an error in a file from Despatch Bay. I was talking with Parcelforce, they said that there was a problem with Despatch Bay. Despatch Buy didn't return all my money, they returned about a half of them.
Every time I try to send an international parcel I have to contact they support for provide a routing label. I print Despatch Bay label but I have to wait for GLS or EMS label.
