I recommend Tiger Pens to anyone. Whether my order is big or small there is never a problem & it is always delivered really quickly. I have been getting my products from them for a few years and get all of my stationary & art goods, they have everything I need, even if I just need single colouring pencils, which is very handy for my art, certain colours usually run out before others. The last order had single colouring pencils within, they did not have one of the colours but they telephoned me to ask if there was another colour I needed or they would refund, I took another colour. So good for a company to actually call you these days. That is also the very first time they didn't have everything. I say give them a go, let's keep excellent smaller companies going.

Ordered some pencils from Tiger yesterday. They're here today! Easy to use site but also a real person at the end of the 'phone who helped me to select the items. Now the proud owner of some lovely yellow Rotring Tikky pencils - which must be the nicest things ever to write with - and some fun Zebra Cadoozle pencils, the envy of my grandchildren! Actually, that's a good idea.. they'd make a super small gift!

I placed an order on Tiger Pens over a month ago. Last week I contacted them since I still had not received the goods. I only got a response to check my local post office if they have lost it. I did it and contacted Tiger Pens again but never got an answer. They just completely decided to ignore all my emails. I've been shopping online couple a times a week for several years and never have encountered such terrible customer service. Bottom line: don't order anything from Tiger Pens. If you really want to place the order there , use tracked postage.

I used a lott , but due to unavailable of stock in india .. i m unhappy with it .. i need PAPERMATE INK BALL 0.7 in blue pen ... i want it .. 12 pens .. please reply as soon as possible ...

From the time I click a link via eBay.. I was pleased with the efficient and service provided.. Prices are great, fast delivery when like me u leave buying stock at the last moment these guys won't let u down xxx

when the pen arrived I was happy with it and when at use even more impressed: it was easily moved across the page at a calming pace, thus it did slightly improve my hand writing. But one issue was it appeared more grey than black.as a test, I drew with a pencil underneath it there was no colour difference. also many of my friends didn't buy it due to the price, they would make more sales if it was lowered.

i found the ordering of the products easy and the payment simple, however because i had ordered a large quantity of one type of pen it would have been nice to have had an email explaining why the order was taking so long equally an acknowledgement of the order by way of an email would be useful, but overall a good service and one which i shall use again if i need to

I love the smooth fine way these pens write this is my second batch and I will definitely be back for more when these eventually run out great value for money

Ordered several for myself and wish I had ordered more as friends loved mine and ended up begging one off me so I will have to order some more and hide them next time

I've bought from this company twice now, they offer the full range of recycled/ecologically sound Pental range, and those refills that your local stationers promise when you buy a pen/marker/whatever but then don't sell after all. The prices are very reasonable, as far as I can tell (and I'm a student). The P&P isn't awful. Both times my order has arrived as quickly, or quicker, than I could have hoped for. Really - what more can you ask for? I keep telling my friends about Tiger Pens because it feels like the old fashioned kind of business that do what they say they're going to do.
