I needed an academic diary for 2013-2014 and the one I was looking for (by Paperblanks) was out of stock everywhere online except on The Pen Company's website. I browsed their catalogue and found one I liked even better. I ordered it, not paying attention that this one was not a 2013 diary (silly me), and the next day I received an email from the staff saying, "Before we dispatch your order please could you confirm that you did intend to order a 2013 diary. We thought it best to check before we dispatch an un-wanted item." I really appreciated their concern and asked if they could indeed modify my order and send me another diary. Their reply: "The diary you originally ordered ran from January 2013-December 2013. I have therefore, changed your order as requested to the xxx diary. This runs from July 2013 to December 2014. Your order will be dispatched this afternoon by Airmail. Thank you again for your order." And I received my diary shortly thereafter. Based on my first and only experience with TPC, I can only highly recommend their services. I also really like their website and would definitely use it again.
