A truly dreadful company.

Ordered goods 2 years ago and had dreadful trouble sending back lockers which did not fit the description. Great reassurances from the sales team that I could easily send them back turned into a. 6 month nightmare to get them returned and collected. Had to threaten to charge them rent for the space occupied and actually sent an invoice which finally got them collected.
Replacement lockers had no adjustable feet as described in catalogue and took several calls, to poorly trained staff to eventually get those.
Latest is we found out their office chairs contain formaldehyde and after 2 years of use several of my staff now know the cause of their unexplained eczema. Formaldehyde was banned in my profession 10 years ago.
Dreadful company, with poorly trained staff, customer services are rude and only serve to escalate the claim. They should not be in business.
