If you ever have a problem with an order - don't expect any help, sympathy or decent customer service. Display Sense is awful and we only use them as a last resort and only because some years ago we spent £1000s on their POS for a new stand and each year when we need replacements for our exhibition stands, we need to buy from them as they match the existing POS.

If anything arrives damaged, they will treat it as your fault and make you buy more. If it is late, your problem. If out of stock and you have paid, you "may" hear from them or only find out when you get a part delivery.
