The worst company that I've ever had to deal with.From the beginning there equipment didn't work,zero customer service or help,after whole year of my phone calls to them my contract went to the end...this is what I thought. I've asked many times for mu contract to discontinue on a expire day,no problem they will do it.Then few weeks later I've received next invoice with new charges,apparently I suppose to send them a letter 3 months before with my resignation. After receiving many calls to take on the so called 2 week free trial, we finally decided to take the offer up. After 1 week of having the water cooler we contacted Angel Springs that we do not wish to have the water cooler and if they can pick it up asap. spoke to a lady who wasn’t keen to speak to me after knowing that we don’t want the cooler anymore, she was fast to want to get rid of me and yet didn’t give any info of when it will be picked, luckily before she put the phone down... “Appalling service”

They bought the company we worked with previously and we soon cancelled our contract. They repeatedly delivered to the wrong office, which we had left months before, they dumped the water outside when they couldn't locate us in the building, then repeatedly failed to come and collect it when our previous landlord got the hump. i hired angel springs to supply water to my office in 2009 - service was passable until i informed them in 2011 that i wanted to close the account and return the equipment. it took 3 calls to actually cancel the account as no one there seems capable of internal communications. then they didn't bother coming to collect the equipment, though they do claim to have visited to collect, no call was made to confirm collection before or after the claimed dates and no collection was made, though on 2...
